I think this tour is honestly a scam. The Alcazar is closed at the moment, so the tour is only of the gardens. The tour guide didn't speak for more than 5 minutes in total in the gardens, just walked us extremely slowly through it to fill the time. A security guard there told us you could go in for free in the evenings, so that reinforced how this was a waste of money. The tour of the baths was okay, but you could definitely skip it or google the limited information provided by the guide.

We regret that the service was not quite up to expectations. However, we can confirm that it took place, as usual, according to the description on our website. We appreciate and take note of your comments in order to assess possible improvements.

We couldn't visit because the Alcázar is closed for renovations. No one had let us in, even though we'd paid €22 per person for a guided tour. What a terrible joke.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She spoke slowly so everyone could understand, and she made sure that, being Portuguese, I understood what she was saying. I should also point out that we also went to see the Arab baths. It was difficult to find the meeting point because the guide was late, as the tour was a continuation of another. Opinion translated. Maria was an excellent guide. Her English was very good and she was very knowledgeable. The only issue we had is that there were groups of teenage children in the museum at the same time and their chatter made hearing Maria difficult - nothing that she could have done about that really except try to get us into quieter spaces which she did.

No cubrió mis expectativas. Pero la guía me pareció EXCELENTE!!! Lamento no haber hecho el tour completo ya que nos "sumamos" a un tour Translate this opinion into English.

The guide was excellent! She knew a lot and shared her experiences with great enthusiasm. Regardless, I thought the tour was expensive since it wasn't even an hour long, which was very short of what we saw. It didn't meet my expectations. But I thought the guide was EXCELLENT! I regret not having done the full tour since we "joined" a tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide was great, but we had to start almost 30 minutes late because the guide was late coming from another activity. They should not put the activities together so much and be punctual. They made us waste a lot of time. However, the visit was well worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I have to admit that the Alcazar of Cordoba is not one of the most impressive things the city has to offer, but the good work of our guide has made us value it at its true worth. Affectionate, dedicated and very learned in her knowledge, all of this has meant that we do not regret making the visit. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide seemed a bit overwhelmed. We joined a general tour group. We were left wanting more history. But the guide's knowledge and expertise were obvious. Easy to say. Then we went off on our own to explore the site. It was good but nothing more to report.

Muchas gracias! Translate this opinion into English.

Rubén explained everything very well, focusing on details when necessary. It was too short for us. Of the two excursions we have done with civitatis these days (one to the Alcázar and the other to the mosque) I will definitely choose Rubén as a guide. Thank you so much! Opinion translated. Gracias Álvaro Translate this opinion into English.

In reality the visit was a bit complicated, the guide arrived late because that day those of us from Madrid had invaded Cordoba, in Alcázar everything was a struggle to make up for the lost time no matter how hard Álvaro tried, and thanks to his great improvisation he managed to save the visit even if you had to swim against the current. What seemed like a disaster turned out to be a fun visit. Thank you Alvaro Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide is very good, the only thing is that it is not explained that he comes with people on the previous visit and it has been chaotic for those of us who were joining us to find each other, we had to call because there was no one, on the second call they informed us that he was in way, in the first one they said it was already there. Waiting to see if we could find out who it was. Other orange umbrellas did not know how to inform us. Cicitatis should give discounts when doing multiple tours with them like other tour operators.

Good afternoon, guide Miguel Ángel, great, but it doesn't seem right to me to reserve the activity for a certain time and then receive the ticket for three quarters of an hour later. Miguel Ángel had to entertain us by showing us the courtyards of Cordoba. The delay in the entrance time meant that we could not climb the towers and the time we enjoyed the visit to the Alacazar was short due to its closing time. Furthermore, it is not reported that there are closed areas of the building.

Translate this opinion into English.

The visit was really very good, however, the meeting place was not very precise. It said Main Entrance and it turns out that it started around the corner. I wasn't the only one who had to wander around until I found the guide who, on the other hand, arrived a few minutes after the hour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Visit a bit express, lasted 40 min. The truth is that it has not been a very good time, since they are renovating it, the most visible thing that are the gardens were the "fountains" turned off and what is the vegetation a little neglected. This is the second time I have visited it, and it is true that it is worth visiting because it is beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained, but this time was not the right one.

Muy recomendable esta visita guiada Translate this opinion into English.

It was good, however the audio reception with the guide could be improved, since fragments of the story were lost and I don't know whether to attribute it to the audio equipment, or to the guide sometimes speaking more quietly or at a greater distance from the microphone. Very helpful and responsible company since we arrived late and they coordinated with the guide to meet us at the entrance for which he had to return once they had entered with the group. This guided tour is highly recommended Opinion translated. Show original.
