Tudo no horário certo e tivemos muito tempo para andar com calma pelas passarelas e apreciar o glaciar Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was on schedule and we had plenty of time to stroll leisurely along the walkways and admire the glacier. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very pleasant and informative guided tour. We made several stops on the way to Perito Moreno Park which allowed us to take photos. I recommend it! Opinion translated. Show original.

The trip was fantastic and our guide even stopped and pointed out some condors that swarming in a field. He only spoke Spanish but made sure that we understood what he was saying as non native Spanish speakers. He also made recommendations what to do with our time making the trip exceed our expectations. Bus was super clean. The departure time was a little confusing due to a message that we got from the operator but it ended up just fine! Definitely recommend.

Foi ótima! A empresa foi bastante pontual em todos os momentos. Bem organizados e o passeio é excelente. Tem acessibilidade e o local é espetacular. Uma melhoria que poderia ser feita é permitir os passageiros descerem no centro na volta, não somente no terminal de ônibus. Translate this opinion into English.

It was great! The company was very punctual at all times. Well organized and the tour was excellent. It is accessible and the location is spectacular. One improvement that could be made is to allow passengers to get off in the center on the way back, not just at the bus terminal. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excursion parfaite, un minibus nous a pris devant notre hôtel et nous y a ramené en fin de journée aux heures prévues. Sur place nous sommes restés suffisamment longtemps pour marcher sur toutes les passerelles en prenant notre temps. Et enfin durant le voyage aller un guide nous a donné des explications et commentaires très intéressants sur le glacier ! Translate this opinion into English.

Perfect excursion, a minibus picked us up in front of our hotel and brought us back at the end of the day at the scheduled times. On site we stayed long enough to walk on all the footbridges taking our time. And finally during the outward journey a guide gave us very interesting explanations and comments on the glacier! Ariel fue maravilloso! Nos ayudó prestándonos el dinero para pagar la entrada al parque porque, desafortunadamente, se nos olvidó la tarjeta en el hotel y no pudimos comprarlas en Internet. Definitivamente él fue la milla extra y confíó en nosotras. También el tiempo que nos dan para recorrer es más que suficiente Translate this opinion into English.

Ariel was wonderful! He helped us by lending us the money to pay for the entrance to the park because, unfortunately, we forgot our card at the hotel and we couldn't buy them online. He definitely went the extra mile and trusted us. Also the time they give us to tour is more than enough. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente tour! Muy organizado, muy buena coordinación con el operador local, la experiencia es tal cual la describen; si bien el tour es libre una vez se llega al Glaciar, el guía te brinda toda la información necesaria para que disfrutes al máximo. Una vez allá, el tiempo es suficiente para recorrer las 3 rutas de pasarelas. Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent tour! Very organized, very good coordination with the local operator, the experience is just as described; although the tour is free once you get to the Glacier, the guide gives you all the necessary information so you can enjoy it to the fullest. Once there, there is enough time to walk the 3 walkway routes. Opinion translated. Show original.

Creo que hay una oportunidad de mejora con respecto al sitio de encuentro, en el documento de compra y bono registra un lugar diferente al real, el cuál es informado por email el día anterior, quien no esté conectado va a tener problemas con la ubicación. Translate this opinion into English.

I think there is an opportunity for improvement with respect to the meeting place, in the purchase and voucher document it records a different place than the real one, which is informed by email the day before, whoever is not connected will have problems with the location. El traslado al glaciar es de algo más de 1 hora, por lo que al final en el propio glaciar se está solo entre 3 y 4 horas, pero es suficiente para recorrer bastante de las pasarelas. Además no es solo el trasporte, nuestra guía Elsa fue dándonos información en el camino de ida. Translate this opinion into English.

The transfer to the glacier takes just over 1 hour, so in the end you are only on the glacier itself for 3 to 4 hours, but it is enough to cover quite a bit of the walkways. It is not just the transport, our guide Elsa was giving us information on the way there. Opinion translated. Show original.

Muchas gracias!!!! Translate this opinion into English.

It was quite an experience, Vanessa was our guide and she explained everything wonderfully, we learned a lot, and she made us feel very comfortable. Henry was our driver and made us feel safe the whole way. The excursion itself was amazing, the views and sounds of the glacier are incredible, but the whole way is an endless amount of landscapes, I definitely recommend it, including the 1-hour boat ride to get closer and see the glacier from another perspective. Thank you very much!!!! Opinion translated. Show original.

A atividade foi ótima, no caminho, os guias no ônibus explicaram muito bem toda a história do lugar (explicada em espanhol e francês) e quando chegamos na passarela, tivemos algumas horas livres para caminhar pelo o local. Para quem for agendar, a agência entra em contato por whatsapp um dia antes para dar o restante das informações. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was great, on the way, the guides on the bus explained the entire history of the place very well (explained in Spanish and French) and when we arrived at the walkway, we had a few hours free to walk around the area. For those who are booking, the agency contacts you via WhatsApp a day before to provide the remaining information. Opinion translated. Show original.

Passeio incrível! Parabéns a guia turística Vanessa, uma excelente profissional, carismática, alegre e gentil. Nos contou toda a história da região de forma bem divertida e cativante. E ainda ganhamos brinde no final para nos esquentar (mate e bombom). Translate this opinion into English.

Incredible tour! Kudos to the tour guide Vanessa, an excellent professional, charismatic, cheerful, and kind. She told us all about the history of the region in a very fun and engaging way. And we even received a gift at the end to warm us up (mate and chocolate). Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The catamaran ride is optional and in July 2024 it is worth almost $34k ARG.; It wasn't worth it to me, but it's a matter of taste. I booked and they didn't ask me about my accommodation. They called me at the bus station, when others were picked up at their hotels. This could be improved. Opinion translated. Show original.
