We had problems with the reservation, canceling the excursion on the day itself the first time we booked. The day we went, what was offered was not fulfilled: at the meeting point it was wrong, there was no appetizer that was included, the snorkel was not satisfactory since you could not see anything, you could not get even 1 meter away from the monitor, etc. The only good thing was the monitors that took us, who were very nice and nice.

We have a local team that works efficiently to provide the best service to our customers. We have verified that you were informed of the new meeting point so that you could go there but for whatever it was, you were in the one that we indicated in the voucher. In this type of activity, for security reasons, some perimeters are established by the monitors. Regarding the appetizer, they have confirmed that it was not served, so we have made you financial compensation. We are sorry if your expectations have not been met. Opinion translated.
