Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was phenomenal. They picked us up at the agreed time in a van, and the guide was very friendly and polite. He told us interesting facts about the area, making the trip more enjoyable. The caves were beautiful. The return trip was equally great; he was interested in our impressions of the caves, and the driving was smooth, without any sudden acceleration or braking. This is the third excursion I've done with the app, and I still have another one planned—there must be a reason! Opinion translated. Show original.

The visit to the caves was very good in itself. The truth is, the Civitatis guide did little to nothing. He didn't explain anything. The only good thing was the bus driver, who was very friendly. The visit is worthwhile, but very expensive; it's better to go on your own.

He picked us up right on time. During the journey, he shared fascinating facts and information about the area. He was always very pleasant. We really enjoyed the caves. On the way back, we stopped at the Segarra company, where they explained the history of the shoe factory, and those who wanted to could buy some shoes. We would definitely repeat the experience. Formidable experiencia! Translate this opinion into English.

Very kind and friendly. The caves are a marvel. A different and unique experience. The visit to the Segarra shoe factory was also very interesting. They explain very well how this impressive project came to be. Along the way, I bought some very nice sandals at a good price. Opinion translated. Show original.

It's an absolute disgrace what they charge for this. They sell it as a 5-6 hour tour, and it's a lie. The caves are only 40 minutes away! The worst part is the guide's lack of communication; she never explained ANYTHING. Suddenly, we stopped at a shoe museum (???) which wasn't mentioned in the description, and they never told us about it. An hour in a shoe shop that's also a museum—nobody understood anything! One hour there, one hour looking at the shoes, 45 minutes waiting to enter the caves, 40 minutes in the caves, one hour back. I'm being ripped off. €65!!!

Fatal. NEFASTO

Terrible. Awful organization. They ripped me off for €40 for my two-year-old son, who apparently doesn't need a ticket to the caves. So, €40 for a 100km bus ride... unbelievable. There's no guide. You only speak to the bus driver briefly. And then you're constantly on your own trying to keep up with the group. They give you a phone number for a supposed guide who never answers. You're completely alone the whole time. ADVICE? Go to the caves on your own and pay at the ticket office. Cheaper. Parking is free. AWFUL

Honestly, the transport takes way too long for the activity itself, which only lasts 20 minutes. They took us to pick up other people, and it took us over two hours to get there. We were there for 20 minutes, and then we went to see the history of a shoe factory, which I don't know why they included because it wasn't part of the activity. It wasn't that it wasn't interesting; they just added it without any explanation. So, it's true that you spend six hours just going around in circles.
