Everything was perfect - the pick-up time was on the minute and our guide Cristian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told us a lot of things about the area and the glacier, and he did a great job in doing it in Spanish and English. The free time at the glacier was just about right, not too short and not too long. I definitely recommend the tour!
This was an amazing excursion! I was traveling with my 85-year old mother and she was able to do it all. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. The views were incredible even with the fog. The timing was well-planned: enough to take it all in, but not so long that it was exhausting. Never felt rushed. Everyone was very professional. The trip to both glaciers was worth every penny!
