We'll pick you up early in the morning from your hotel, and from there, we'll head to one of the most popular ski resorts in the Santiago Metropolitan Region. Along the way, you'll learn a bit about the resort we're heading to.
First, we'll stop at a shop specializing in winter sports gear so anyone who needs it can rent ski or snowboard equipment. From there, we'll continue east, and after about 1.5 hours on the road, we'll arrive at Valle Nevado ski resort.
This winter sports resort, designed in the late 1980s in the style of the great French Alps resorts, sits at an altitude of 3200 m (10,499 ft) above sea level. It's also the perfect complex for those who already have some skiing experience.
Once we arrive, you'll have about 8 hours of free time at Valle Nevado to enjoy your favorite winter sports at your own pace. The resort also has several cafés and restaurants where you can refuel.
Finally, in the afternoon, we'll pick you up at the resort's entrance for the drive back to your hotel in Santiago, with arrival expected 12 to 13 hours after pickup.
