Well, although they need to be better coordinated, because they sent me a location to pick up my audio guides and tickets, but when I arrived, they told me that the place was in another location, that it was on the other side of my hotel; walking in high temperatures in the sun is not the most pleasant thing.

Well managed by Civitatis, with various confirmation emails and tips, but in my personal opinion, poorly managed by those who run the majestic Cathedral of Seville and the Giralda, with no minimum path, people going right and left because it is immense, I recommend a guide.

You have to be at a specific location 30 minutes beforehand. When you arrive, they tell you to be back 10 minutes before the start, and once you're there, they tell you that you have to go to the cathedral as a group and quickly because there's a schedule. Also, the audio guide is only for mobile phones, and they warn you about this, so if you're going with children, like I was, you have to give them a phone or pay for an audio guide they won't be able to use.

Rather than an audio-guided visit, I'd call it a treasure hunt. It would be a good idea to number the sites on the app and the provided map so they match up and make the visit easier. Personally, I stopped following the audio guide after ten minutes of searching. This type of visit is absolutely not recommended. The beauty of the place remains.

I would send the tickets directly to the email address, eliminating the need to go to an office. A physical audio guide would need to be included for convenience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Visit to the very beautiful cathedral, well-made audio guide. Unfortunately, the organization was lacking: the reservation was moved at the last minute despite being set for months, and the tickets sent via email had an error (I received someone else's ticket). Thanks to Ms. Carmen who was a great help in resolving the issue. Interesting experience, but management needs improvement.

We were unable to take the tour. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in front of an agency for the person who was supposed to give us our tickets. When he arrived (Ismaël), he was very unpleasant. He led us on. And as the group was getting impatient, he finally said that he didn't have any tickets and that we couldn't visit the cathedral and the Giralda. So, I am waiting for my refund for 4 tickets booked on your website, which is 128 €

Translate this opinion into English.

Well, the truth is that we hardly even entered the cathedral today because there was a huge mess. The employees from the Naturanda agency were wonderful in trying to sort out the chaos since today was Corpus Christi and the cathedral would open later and was hardly selling any tickets. After about 40 minutes or more of waiting without knowing if we could enter, they sorted it out and we were able to visit. I bought the tickets 2 months ago through Civitatis. Opinion translated.

After queuing for 40 minutes to get in, I was told I had to go to a Civitatis point to pick up the ticket that would allow me entry. I don't understand why you buy the tickets online and then have to go to a physical location. They should warn you more clearly so you DON'T MISS IT. Having to pick up your tickets at 5 pm and at the same time be at the entrance to the cathedral and Giralda, wait in line, and finish at 6:30 pm is impossible; it makes no sense.

Translate this opinion into English.
