Translate this opinion into English.

Although the itinerary wasn't as advertised, all three sites were visited. The scenery was spectacular, our guide Andrea was very friendly and explained everything very clearly, and Fabrici was very helpful. The driver was also excellent. The tour allows you to see and enjoy everything very well. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very good. Lisa and Alexander have been excellent guides, explaining everything perfectly and being very attentive, even making recommendations. We don't give the highest score because the bus that took us had some deficiencies, such as a broken navigation and air regulation system that the driver couldn't fix and, moreover, downplayed. Translate this opinion into English.

Both Adolfo and Víctor were excellent guides. Their explanations were very clear and interesting. Having booked a tour in Spanish, I expected a group that only spoke Spanish; although the guides made an effort to speak in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I would have preferred a tour solely in the contracted language. I suggest reviewing the bus services as the bathroom was not usable and the USB connectors for charging phones did not work. Opinion translated. Show original.

Todo muy bien. Puntualidad y bien organizado . Hermosos paisajes y lindas ciudades. Ésta fue una hermosa experiencia altamente recomendable Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was great. Punctual and well-organized. Beautiful landscapes and lovely cities. The best Spanish-speaking tour we've taken, thanks to our guides Priscila and Ersilia. They spoke and explained everything equally well in English and Spanish with great warmth, fluency, and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, most of the other combined tours we took prioritized English, with almost no explanations in Spanish. This was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

It was great. Our guide, Olga, was very kind and friendly. They should just clarify that the hotel view in Interlaken is only available if you purchase something. They told us to go up to see the views, but when we got there, they kicked us out because we weren't buying anything. It wasn't clear when they explained it to us. Everything else was fantastic!

We only spent 40 minutes in Interlaken because part of the group had to catch a train upon our arrival in Grindelwald and were in a hurry; that's what the coordinator, Mrs. Berni (who spoke poor Spanish), told us. I booked a tour that included visiting this place, but we couldn't see any of it. I do appreciate Alexander's assistance in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen; he was an excellent guide who spoke good Spanish and made the rest of the trip excellent.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion was beautiful, even more so than I expected. Olga, our guide, went out of her way to accompany us and tell us about everything we were seeing, as did Ernesto, who was a very good driver. It's an excursion I would definitely repeat! Climbing Mount First is well worth it!!! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We were very satisfied with the excursion and, especially, with the attention from our guide, Olga. Despite conducting the tour in two languages and with a full bus, she made a point of offering a friendly and personal touch, which was greatly appreciated. As a tip, keep in mind that you might spend too much time in Grindelwald if you don't climb Mount First. This extra cost is approximately 70 Swiss francs per person. Opinion translated.

I really liked it, it takes place on a double-decker bus (that's what I got) with very large windows, you can see the incredible scenery along the way, first we went to Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen, the latter was my favorite, in Interlaken I found souvenirs a little cheaper than in Zurich, the tour was in Spanish and English and in addition to that they sold activities in Grindelwald which I didn't take because I wanted the toboggan and they told us it was closed, we were back by 7pm. Nuestro pedido no pareció gustarle mucho.

It's a beautiful excursion, with a very good time management plan since it covers three cities in one day. The guides were very friendly, but we had to ask the narrator to speak in Spanish, as we specifically booked in that language because we don't speak English. Our request didn't seem to please him much. And then the bus driver was driving too fast and recklessly; there were some people who were feeling unwell, including a little girl, and he didn't notice. Luckily, nothing serious happened.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was an amazing experience. The guide was spectacular; there was a great atmosphere among all of us, and he was incredible. Only the best can create that, and he's definitely one of them. Both the guide and the drivers were very friendly and funny. This made the excursion even better. Opinion translated. Show original.

The excursion is well worth it, but I think the price is exorbitant; €120 only includes bus transportation. You then have to pay extra for other activities at the destination, around €90 per person, if you want to do anything else. There are other excursions that at least include a boat, train, etc.

Translate this opinion into English.

Passable; a long bus ride to reach our destination and hardly anything to see; it's true the weather didn't help as it snowed and was foggy, but there wasn't much to do in the villages we visited anyway... The trip would have been better if we had added another excursion (like sledding) but we didn't because we thought seeing the villages was enough...

For me, the problem was the very short time in Interlaken. We barely had time to walk down the main street, and looking at the schedule for the tour, we arrived 30 minutes early; we could have stayed in Interlaken for that long.
